Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Collector (Healthcare) to join
their team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform account follow-up and collection activities on outstanding
hospital claims
Use Epic to identify, manage, and resolve aged accounts
efficiently
Communicate professionally with payers to resolve denials and
secure payments
Qualifications:
3-5 years of recent hospital billing (HB) experience required
Epic experience in a collections/follow-up capacity is
essential
Strong understanding of payer guidelines, claims follow-up, and
denial resolution
Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible
workload
Excellent time management skills
