We are seeking a dynamic Life Safety Systems Exec I to join our Electronic sales team, focused on promoting our innovative fire protection products. This role is crucial for engaging with clients to identify their needs and providing customized solutions that ensure safety and enhance building management systems. Develop and expand the customer base by identifying potential clients and sectors that could benefit from our fire protection equipment. Consult with technical and engineering teams to tailor proposals based on client specifications and regulatory compliance issues. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and demonstration to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitors to effectively position our products and services. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to advocate for our products and gather insights on market needs. Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Strong understanding of fire protection systems and building safety technologies. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Capability to interpret technical documents and blueprints. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) in fire protection is preferred. Professional Sales Certification (PSC) or equivalent is advantageous.
