Job Description Summary:
This position supports the Sales Operations Analysis Manager with data and analysis relating to Growth Team performance. Job Description: ---

Job Responsibilities
Primary analysis/reporting is focused on financial and non-financial quantitative performance of the Growth team
Partners with Growth Team Leaders to provide proactive analysis and insights to manage KPIs
Provide data and support for the Growth Team Commission and Bonus payout calculations.
Provide reporting on daily, monthly and annual basis related to Growth Team Performance, Growth Team Analysis and MRO Utilization
Leads ongoing business processes (e.g. the reconciliation process or quota creation process) under the direction of the Manager, Sales Analytics and Operations
Utilize 3rd Party Data Platforms (e.g. Playmaker and Definitive Health) to identify and segment targets
Partner with IT and manage key account hierarchy and alignment data for company
Provides ad-hoc reporting as requested
Each employee is responsible for adhering to those performance programs, policies, procedures, guidelines and internal control standards established to guide the operation of the Company. Each employee must be made aware of and understand proper internal control procedures associated with their specific job function as communicated by his/her manager. Each employee is responsible for reporting concerns that he or she may have with respect to deficiencies in internal control.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Marketing or another quantitative major
2-4 years of applicable experience.
Basic Qualifications
Self-starter - proactive mindset. - Ability to work independently with high level guidance
Proficient analytical skills and data proficiency
Strong Excel-based skills and proficient in Word and Powerpoint.
Experience in developing Excel models and ability to analyze large amounts of data to derive business insights.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all individuals at various levels. - Ability to work cross-functionally and lead by influence
Ability to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality along with sensitivity to employees and customers needs and date.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Experience creating process flows and identifying opportunities to improve process performance.
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient group presentation skills.

Pay from $57,657.60+ Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
