Currently looking in the Vernon Hills, IL area for full-time Fitness Consultants who are motivated, fitness-oriented self-starters with a strong desire to deliver outstanding sales performance in a high-end, fun retail sales environment. Job Description: As a professional consultant, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle. You'll be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives. You will need to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the products we offer. You'll be responsible for building top-notch customer relationships. Qualifications: Provide every customer with an outstanding experience. Excellent, professional communication skills. Previous professional sales experience a plus. Self-motivated with a competitive drive. Be able to meet and exceed sales goals. Experience in the health and fitness industry a plus, Personal Trainers encouraged to apply. Strong ability to multi-task. Ability to educate customers through demonstration of products. Familiarity with technology, and general computer literacy.
