Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Retail & Office Manager to oversee daily store operations and administrative functions. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage both retail staff and office responsibilities including payroll, payables, and scheduling. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities - Supervise and manage retail employees to ensure excellent customer service - Create and manage employee schedules - Process payroll and review employee time records - Manage vendor invoices and accounts payable - Maintain organized office operations and documentation - Train and support employees while ensuring company policies are followed - Assist with store operations and resolve operational issues as they arise - Communicate with vendors and internal staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements - 3 years of management experience (retail or office management preferred) - Bilingual in English and Spanish required - Strong leadership and communication skills - Experience with payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing retail store operations - Experience with payroll or accounting/payables systems - Strong problem-solving and team management skills
