Description:Title: Warehouse AdministratorDepartment: WarehouseReports to: Production Manager - Colectivo Schedule: Full-timeStatus: Non-ExemptPOSITION SUMMARYThe Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the daily coordination and communication of the warehouse order and production needs as related to Colectivo Coffee's Mission and Values.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESManage daily administrative responsibilities related to production needsCommunicate the daily production needs to the Production ManagerCoordinate with Production Manager and Sales Support to meet regular and special ordering deadlines and requirementsOther responsibilities as deemed necessary by Production ManagerRequirements: EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSStrong communication and collaborative workingPossess strong organizational skills and be detail orientedPossess basic computer skills, and willingness to train on industry specific softwaresMust be reliable and able to work independently within a team environmentMust be able to lift a minimum of 60lbs.
