markets and to expand existing practices.Role SummaryThe
Performance Improvement Analyst is a newly created role intended to
support the growth of analytical analysis and reporting needs
across the HVP platform. The ideal candidate should have
entry-level experience (1 to 2+ years) with financial reporting,
data, and analytics, preferably in healthcare. This role requires
an entrepreneurial and inquisitive mindset, as this exciting
opportunity will provide support to the ongoing development of new
and scalable reporting and analysis efforts.While this position
reports to HVP's Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this
role will work cross-functionally, under guidance, to help support
the analytical needs of various departments (Operations, Human
Resources, Revenue Cycle, Marketing).Essential
Responsibilities:Operational/Financial ReportingResponsible for
recurring data extraction, preparation, and distribution of
existing daily & weekly KPI reporting packages to platform and
practice stakeholders.Support ongoing data mapping maintenance and
report enhancements to ensure data aggregation from multiple data
sources remains accurate.Provide investigative insight into
available data when new practices and systems are added to the
platform.Assist with file preparation and importing of various KPIs
and metrics to reporting software.Analysis & Ad HocCollaborate and
assist in the development, presentation, and distribution of
reporting and analysis to meet internal platform department and
practice leadership needs.Provide support during annual budget and
forecasting/modeling efforts.Perform other ad-hoc related duties as
assigned.Minimum Requirements, Skills & Education:1 to 2+ years of
experience in data analytics, financial reporting, and/or relevant
role.Working knowledge of relational databases (tables, fields,
records, joins).Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables,
Charts & Formulas (V/H/X LOOKUP, IFERROR, IF, SUMIFS).Ability to
manage multiple work streams, projects, tasks, and goals.Strong
attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.Excited by the
challenge of aggregating data from disparate data sources and
multiple systems.Bachelor's Degree in business, finance,
accounting, economics, or a related field.Experience with any of
the following is a plus, but not required:Working knowledge of
financial statements (build and aggregation).Familiarity with
business intelligence tools and/or analysis software.Familiarity
with healthcare data (CPT codes and medical terminology).Experience
with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and/or Practice Management
(PM) systems.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Other Duties:
As assigned.Work Environment: This job operates in a professional
office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing

This is a full-time position, the schedule of which is determined
by the Supervisor. Can work varying or longer schedules, if needs
require, however, this position will typically follow normal office
setting business hours Monday - Friday.Salary and
