The Transformation Office Sr. Analyst builds and maintains the process and report mechanisms to capture the value of our growth agenda and provides insights to help inform and facilitate action.

This role can be based in Chicago (Deerfield) IL, or Cleveland (North Olmsted) OH.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBITIES:

• Prepares and coordinates the weekly production of materials and communications along with the planning and execution deliverables of the transformation strategy.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and other visualizations that can be used by a broad set of team members and stakeholders.
• Develops the mechanism and tools to track progress of workstream actions, initiatives, interdependencies, and overall pipeline at every stage.
• Thinks through implementation details and is experienced at identifying opportunities, connection points, interdependencies, constraints and understanding moving pieces. Proactively flags issues to transformation team for quick resolution.
• Participate and lead working sessions and meetings related to development of objectives and key results to support collection and data preparation and analysis.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and follow-up communication tasks to identify the full opportunity, create charters and financial targets or objectives.
  
  SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  
  
  • Strong analytical skills with the regard to interpreting various data points and can pinpoint problems and connection points quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Expert in use of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically in Excel with the ability to analyze and present data and outcomes to various audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting and translating data into decision-ready insights is required.
  • Self-starter, independent and responsible person that can keep others on task and own end-to-end processes.
  • Able pivot quickly based on the need and enjoys learning new systems and ways of working as part of a fast paced teams
  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban a plus
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Bachelor s degree in Business or Finance with 5 years of analyst experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated success working on multiple initiatives with tight deadlines, either independently or by collaborating with others.
    • Developed tools and dashboards using Qlikview, Tableau or similar applications.
