**Business Partner Analyst, SMART Factory** Process Data Management
is to serve as the thought leader responsible for Process Data
collection solutions for manufacturing, responsible for analyzing
demand and the delivery of Technology & Global Services (TGS)
solutions for Manufacturing Execution Systems, globally.As Business
Partner Analyst, SMART Factory, you will be responsible for driving
and shaping demand as well as ensuring the delivery of Technology &
Global Services (TGS) solutions for the digitalization of
manufacturing records, and SMART Factory functions, globally. This
individual will conduct analysis, prepare appropriate solution
direction, and deliver the work. Above all, this individual will be
required to collaborate with internal and external experts to
ensure that business priorities are shaped, prioritized, and
delivered. This is a great opportunity for someone to facilitate
bringing the appropriate technology, process, and workplace
solutions together as they contribute to the production execution
and MES agenda and Smart Factory deployment.**Main responsibilities
will include:**+ Identify technologies (MES, Edge Computing, IT/OT
Cyber Security, etc.) and "preferred" solutions and partners to
support standardization across the BD.+ Lead review Factory 4.0
initiatives, update and distribute findings to Operations Team.+
Stays in sync with, and responsible for enforcing, all local,
state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies/procedures.+
Working closely with TGS solution delivery to define, create the IT
fundations for the deployment of a Factory of the Future by doing
blueprint of solutions to deliver compliant, cost efficient,
flexible, scalable and high velocity digital transformation.+ Work
with other TGS Business Partners and TGS' Core Areas of Delivery to
ensure that solutions are not siloed and that they are informed by,
and are integrated with, BD's enterprise roadmaps+ Collaborate in
the development and execution of a detailed project portfolio to
move plant to future state building implementation teams.+ Manage
and facilitate TGS' partner teams to ensure delivery provides the
desired outcomes+ Maintain and update required changes to our
global manufacturing studies to align all locations.+ Ensure
projects and initiatives are delivered, providing consistent and
effective communication on status and managing escalation and
avoiding risk.+ Build Knowledge and capability in manufacturing
technologies and processes in emerging as well as improvements to
existing investments by keeping abreast of industry trends and
Subject matter expertise in usage of new trends such as AI and ML
in the context of Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.+
Measure and communicate value realized on a periodic basis through
defined and agreed upon metrics and supporting analysis.+ Serve as
a continuous connector. Energized by a role that is focused on
partnership and facilitation. Operates through the lens of what can
we do to simplify and improve things.+ Must be willing to travel in
US and internationally.**About you**The ideal candidate will bring
a combination of strategic understanding, both business and
technology experience, exceptional relationship building skills and
solution-oriented mindset together. In addition, this person should
also possess:+ 5+ years of business working experience in a
technology function and manufacturing.+ Experienced in managing
smart transformation initiatives across multiples sites in a
multinational company ideally on asset management and predictive
quality using MES ( Manufacturing Execution System), PLC's, SCADA
and IT/OT integration+ Working experience in digital transformation
of high automation sites with a important maturity system level.
Proven experience with edge and cloud computing technologies for
the OT/IT data collection process ideally in the Medical device
sector and Microsoft Azure.+ Strong technical skills related to the
technology utilized by the MES Team. Understands OPC, HMIs,
Computer networks, Relational Databases, Server and PC Operating
Systems. Industrial networking and connectivity to PLCs for data
collection, VLANs, Firewalls.+ Experience and knowledge on
standards IIOT, OPC-UA and MQTT and knowledge in Aveva, Dassault or
Siemens should be highly considered.+ Knowledge of ERPs and usage
in manufacturing, production planning, execution, and materials
management as it relates to SAP or other ERPs.+ Project Management
experience that includes large IT related projects where people and
hardware resources were successfully managed.+ Knowledge of FDA
21CFR Part 11, understanding of System Development Life Cycle and
software validation procedures: IQ, OQ, PQ+ Ability to
troubleshoot, analyzing problems, and offer intelligent insight and
solutions.+ Ability to map joint organizational vision and
long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation+ Ability to
communicate complex business / technical challenges in a simplified
manner+ Must have experience and knowledge of change management
principles and methodologies and can formulate new programs to
generate excitement and engagement+ Familiarity with continuous
improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases+
Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively
