Job Summary: The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for providing analysis, measurement and continuous improvement of our compliance programs to ensure they are effectively supporting our regulatory requirements and the delivery of our business strategies and goals. This includes supporting the Compliance Management Team in development, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise-wide compliance program, ensuring the appropriate compliance processes and procedures are in place and these compliance processes and procedures provide the desired results. May recommend improvements to programs. Will serve as a key contact to help support internal business clients across the organization. Job Responsibilities: Supports Compliance Management in developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide compliance program. Contributes to and participates in compliance programs to ensure enterprise wide compliance is achieved for company policies, procedures, government regulations and quality controls and potential risks and non compliance issues are identified and correct actions plans are developed and implemented. Assists Compliance management to ensure the appropriate compliance processes and procedures are in place and these compliance processes and procedures provide the desired results. May recommend improvements to programs. Works independently and or with limited supervision to identify trends,anomalies, provides feedback, and suggestions on potential process enhancements to improve business unit compliance. Contributes to the annual compliance function risk assessments, by identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability, prioritizes compliance risk issues, and makes recommendations for the audit plan to address the compliance risk areas. Performs enterprise-wide trend analysis to identify patterns and variations in adhering to compliance elements to identifying opportunities for improvement to enterprise-wide ethics and compliance efforts. Identifies compliance issues and brings to the attention of Compliance Management with recommendations for solutions. Monitors business action plans to ensure timely remediation. Assess Compliance processes to evaluate compliance risk and control environments to keep the senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts. Identifies emerging and ongoing industry compliance trends and may recommend development for tactical solutions. Establishes and maintains relationships with key business and functional stakeholders. Applies project management principles to effectively drive programs. Maintain a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and assist in identifying and communicating significant compliance risks. Performs research, gathers information and makes suggestions, recommendations on procedural improvements for areas of responsibility. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in risk management and/or retail store support experience OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 4 years of experience in risk management and/or retail store support. At least 4 years of experience analyzing data, and converting it into information which can be used to identify potential risk areas, trends, corrective action plans and drive improvement and efficiency. Experience working across a matrix organization, with more than one level of management interface and competing priorities. Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors; included but not limited to strong communication (verbal and written) skills. Works independently and/or with limited support to drive initiatives, creatively problem solve and ensure a positive result is achieved. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel 2010 or later formatting text and borders of cells, working with workbooks and worksheets, using range names, referencing cells, sorting, and auto filtering. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word 2010 and Power Point 2010. Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in risk management and/or retail store support experience OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 8 years of experience in risk management and/or retail store support. At least 4 years of experience reviewing and assessing the business processes to effectively identify compliance/ethics risk. Certificate: CHC or CCEP HCCA or SCCE. Experience working in a regulated environment.
