Job DescriptionHow You'll Make an ImpactAs a Senior Atlassian
Administrator, reporting to the Senior Director, you'll be at the
heart of a dynamic team responsible for driving high-impact
initiatives across the company. Your expertise will ensure the
seamless operation of Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence,
enabling teams across Operations, Product, Account Management,
Engineering, and more to collaborate effectively. By crafting
innovative solutions, you'll play a key role in increasing
productivity and streamlining processes throughout the
organization.What You'll Achieve:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Atlassian products and
provide strategic guidance on new tool adoption.
- Provide leadership in the evaluation of new Atlassian features,
plugins, and tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored
solutions for ticketing, workload management, and reporting.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill employees on the best ways
to utilize Atlassian tools, fostering productivity across the
company.
- Implement and manage the EazyBI plugin for advanced reporting
and data visualization in Jira.
- Design and manage complex project structures and hierarchical
reporting using the Structure plugin for Jira.
- Implement integrations between Atlassian tools and third-party
systems.
- Mentor junior administrators and help grow the Atlassian
administration team.
- Maintain and improve the team wiki, ensuring it remains a
valuable resource with clear documentation, tutorials, and
structured communication.What You Are:

processes, and stay up-to-date with Atlassian product updates

- Proficient in plugins such as EazyBI, Structure, Advanced
Roadmaps, Rich Filters, and ScriptRunner.
- Atlassian Certified Administrator or similar
certifications.
- Experienced in utilizing Regular Expressions (Regex).
- History of expert-level support to users, addressing questions,
concerns, and issues efficiently.
- Your ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them before
they arise.
- Versatile communication skills, both written and verbal, which
enable you to convey technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.

compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not
limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications,
