*Job Title:* Echo Technician (ARDMS or CCI Certified)*Location:* Joliet, IL 60435*Department:* Cardiology*Shift:* Day Shift (8:30 AM 5:00 PM)*Pay Range:* $40 to $50 per hour*Job Type:* Full-Time*Job Summary:*We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Echo Technician* to join our Cardiology department in Joliet, IL. The ideal candidate will hold current ARDMS or CCI certification and possess a strong background in performing diagnostic echocardiographic procedures. This position offers a consistent day shift schedule, with an on-call requirement every 4th week (from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM).*Key Responsibilities:** Perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations including transthoracic, stress, and contrast echocardiograms.* Operate and maintain ultrasound and diagnostic imaging equipment.* Accurately record and analyze diagnostic data for physician interpretation.* Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging procedure.* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality cardiac care.* Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with regulatory and organizational standards.* Participate in on-call rotation every 4th week (5:00 PM 7:00 AM).*Qualifications:** ARDMS or CCI certification is required.* Previous experience as an Echo Technician is required.* Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding clinical standards.Job Types: Travel healthcare, Contract, Travel nursingPay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekMedical Specialty:* Cardiology* Cath Lab* RadiologySchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftApplication Question(s):* What is your preferred email ID?* What is your preferred time for a phone call?Experience:* Echo Technician: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:* Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Preferred)* BLS Certification (Preferred)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Joliet, IL 60435 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Joliet, IL 60435: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
