We are looking for the best of the best to join our team as a New Patient Coordinator. We currently have 24 offices in the greater Chicagoland area, Wisconsin and Indiana. • Transparency Job Description: New Patient Coordinator is one of the most important positions at Orthodontic Experts. You will be greeting new patients and welcoming them to the practice. Following the office introduction, you take records (pictures and x-rays) which will be utilized by the Orthodontist to set a treatment plan for the new patient. As you take records of the new patient you cover topics such as payment arrangements and insurance reviews. Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • New Patient Coordinators should have the ability to work independently, and in a team setting.
  • Computer skills
  • New Patient Coordinators should have the ability to travel & transport self to other practice locations.
