Description:General Labor- Fabricator- $17 x3 (READ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BELOW)General Labor- Machine Operator- $18-20 x2M-F 6am-230pm (OT until 430pm, optional)Sat OT: 6am-12pm (Optional)Position is responsible for safely and accurately setting up the equipment and performing the operations needed to handle, drill, notch, weather-strip, and package metal components and subassemblies. Framing Fabricators work from design specifications, patterns and drawings, using a variety of tools and machines to make metal parts and/or perform some assembly within the company quality manual standards.--- Safely and securely move required materials through the various stages of the product life cycle as outlined in the process work flow. This is completed under direction of the department supervisor. --- Properly setup the equipment/machinery and verify that:a. All safety devices and measures are active and in place.b. The equipment/machine is operating properly.c. All gages, stops, etc. are working properly to ensure that the parts will be processed in accordance with the QC and design requirements.--- Position metal components against dimensional stops, secure with clamping systems, and perform the operation designated by the work center.--- Perform the required QC check on each component to ensure that it complies with the design and drawing specifications by conducting visual and dimensional examinations. --- Ensure that all counts of finished products are correct and marked or tagged with the proper identifying marks, as required.--- Report any defective parts to the area Supervisor.--- Properly stack and secure all fabricated metal parts with the and deliver to the next work station, as defined by the process work flow. --- Maintain and clean and safe work area at all times.
