production planned to start in 2023. Three additional
commercial-scale low-carbon fuel refineries are planned by 2025

low-carbon jet and diesel fuels - a nearly 10x increase to the
amount of sustainable aviation fuel available in the market today.

for a Project Scheduling Specialist. This team member will be
focused on all aspects of project scheduling will support activity
spanning industrial construction projects. The person in this
position will compile, analyze, and report project costs and
schedules to the project team and will provide guidance on
estimates, planning, reporting, and will support change management
initiatives.Responsibilities
Develop the activities, logic,
resources, and progress for the assigned project sub- elements,
leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent
maintenanceDevelop, implement, and comply with the planning and
progress monitoring proceduresConduct the schedule monthly progress
update, forecast, critical path, and trend analyses for assigned
elements, including any impact from interfaceareasCreate and
maintain the status reportsProvide regular and comprehensive
schedule status reports to Project ManagersAssess and incorporate
the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key
project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring
and identification of alternative approaches to optimize the
plan(s)Meet with and challenge Project Engineering personnel to
ensure proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and
driversDevelop contract key dates and milestone dates that align
with the overall project schedule. Participate in evaluating bid
schedules and reviewing contractor plans to support contract award
recommendations Develop contract sections for planning and progress
reporting. Review and verify contractors' reported progress and
ensure that this is reflected in the project scheduleContribute to
the translation of the project's risk profile into the
probabilistic risk model and understand the output, including the
key risk drivers for the possible range of schedule completion
dates. Track the criticality of the main paths to completion and
float consumptionExperience
5+ years of experience in a lead
planning role in both the front-end and execution phases of an
opportunity or project with expert knowledge in Primavera (P6) and
Microsoft ProjectHave had full responsibility for the
establishment, maintenance, and delivery of the planning activity
for a project > $100 millionRequirements
Four-year relevant Bachelor's degree
plus five (5) years or more of relevant cost control, planning &
schedulingRefining or chemical experience with a proven track
record in project execution and knowledge of project controlsExpert
ability in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project
Ability to analyze complex data and
then delivers clear, articulate, and concise messages in a
compelling mannerExhibit professionalism by establishing effective
relationships with customers and gaining their trust and
respectConduct business activities and demonstrate an ability to
follow through on commitmentsAbility to demonstrate strong
knowledge and experience in various aspects of project controls,
accounting, estimating, planning/scheduling, progress measurement,
forecasting/ reportingProficient understanding of estimating and
benchmarkingExcellent ability to collaborate within the team
setting and cross-functionallyAbility to organize and prioritize to
execute work accuratelyAbility to work in a self-directed manner
and handle multiple priorities and analyze reports and trend
