Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Applications Delivery, this role will provide front line leadership to individual team members in meeting their objectives, deliverables and participates in capacity planning, personal development plans, and stakeholder management. This role will also collaborate with global business stakeholders and users resulting in effective application design, systems enhancement, new functionality deployment, support, and governance as well as application roadmap. -Key Job Accountabilities

  • Build, inspire, and lead teams/individuals in alignment with the overall IT guiding principles while mentoring and developing expertise in others
  • Deliver capacity plans, escalate capacity issues, and maintain service metrics for the team
  • Develop key relationships and networks with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Lead and deliver medium to large, complex projects while partnering with internal IT, external vendors, and business partners
  • Establishes to-be solution alternatives with recommendations and leads on the best approach to pilot and deploy solutions
  • Ensure architected solutions meets scalability, availability & meets service level agreements in production
  • Manage the funnel of demands, define and execute a prioritization approach to process those in consideration of business priorities and resourcing
  • Evaluate new features of supported applications, potential new technologies that meet business requirements
  • Provide support for corrections to issues raised by Helpdesk or Business Support teams
  • Participate in strategy discussions with Commercial Excellence stakeholders that contribute to the evolutions of the SFDC solution, including eCommerce, Service Cloud and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Develop and deploy processes that support the complex business environment i.e. with regular changes to the scope (Mergers & Acquisitions), different stakeholder goals, global and local approaches
  • Leads the writing of functional requirements, configures, develops test plans and scripts, conducts component, integration and user acceptance testing Qualifications/Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, management information systems, business or a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years multi cloud Salesforce & Administration Experience
    • 5+ years of work experience in business process and or IT, including software development and project management experience; experience in global environment preferred
    • 1-3 years' experience in people leadership
    • Experience in global manufacturing environment preferred
    • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Fluent English
    • Expertise in data structures and relationships
    • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end architecture standards involving areas of expertise
    • Lead and manage the SDLC process as defined by Amcor to successfully execute system changes
    • Ability to efficiently identify and solve advanced issues
    • Continuously demonstrate strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications; can translate between business and technical vocabulary easily
    • Effectively work cross-functionally with a proven high level of facilitation skills in a global environment
    • Results orientated with the ability to multi-task, respond to needs quickly and meet deadlines
    • Self-prioritizes and use well established organizational skills and can work well both independently and as a member of a team
    • Has a strong drive, purpose, high engagement, and ownership
