Medline Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Account Representative located in our Mundelein, IL facility. This position will primarily focus on supporting our Sterile Procedure Tray business. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a %26ldquo;roll-up your sleeves%26rdquo; attitude and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The challenging responsibilities of the position include:

• Product support for approximately 70+ Sales Reps
• Sales Reps contact for SPT trays; new quotes, revisions
• Participate in bids for new Customers or retaining existing Customers
• New Tray closings
• Write and process ECN%26rsquo;s
• Sample coordination, shipping and delivery of tray prototypes and component evaluations for sales force
• Provide cost, pricing, margin and product information to sales force
• Develop and maintain analytical spreadsheets calculating margin, spend, savings opportunity, etc.
• Source/set up new components with outside vendors
• Identifying and communicating with sales representatives on all margin improvement opportunities, including by not limited to product conversion, packaging enhancement, product placement, etc.
• Participate in New employee training as needed including New Sales Reps

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
  • Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
  • Overtime offered on as needed basis. Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree.
    • At least 2 years in a customer service setting.
    • SAP and AS/400 experience.
