This individual will also be part of a team that supports a Citrix environment that uses Windows 10 VMs in Azure, FSLogix and enterprise printing. - Will also support servers, various IT and business applications, Active Directory (on prem and Azure), Group Policy, monitoring, and certificate management just to name a few. This team is constantly evolving by supporting new technology. - There is opportunity to initiate process improvements to help with efficiency. - This role will also be assisting the team with addressing vulnerabilities provided by our Security team. - Individual should be extremely organized, self-motivated team player that looks beyond the bare minimum of what is required.Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with addressing a wide scope of vulnerabilities provided by the Security team
  • Strong understanding of SSL/TLS Certificates associated with the Certificate Authority (CA)
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Administering Active Directory, GPOs, Azure/cloud systems and Windows servers.
  • Monitoring background using System Center Operation Manager and Azure Monitoring a plus
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Experience supporting a Citrix environment
  • Provide level 3 support for service desk escalations and break/fix issues
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Utilize verbal and written communication skills to maintain accurate system documentation and provide training as required
  • Transfer knowledge via documentation and trainingQualifications and Education Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
    • Strong background of certificate management.
    • Experience in monitoring preferably with System Center Operation Manager
    • Expert level PowerShell ability and automation/service improvement mindset
    • Strong interpersonal, oral communication, facilitation, presentation and influencing skills
    • Organized approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
    • Ability to consult with management and make critical and objective evaluations.
    • Logical thinker, able to define issues, collect appropriate data/facts and draw appropriate conclusions
    • Ability to effectively present information to a diverse audience in a concise and direct manner
    • An eye for detail and minutia as they apply to daily activities and administrative duties
    • Strong quality "right first time" approach and a customer experience ownership mindset
    • Expert analytical and troubleshooting skills in a diverse technical environment
    • Industry standard certifications in appropriate technologies are strongly preferred
