Overview:Impact Networking is currently seeking a National Accounts Administrator for our Corporate Office. Come join our fast-paced, dynamic administrative team!National Accounts is the bridge between many departments and many moving parts. It is imperative that, as a National Accounts Administrator, clear, concise and timely information is conveyed to all necessary parties.The National Accounts team is responsible for managing Ship Out and Ship In customers as defined below.Responsibilities:ShipoutsWhen an order is submitted for a device going out of our servicing area, it is considered a Shipout or Drop Ship Order. The National Accounts team is responsible for overseeing the entire process to ensure that our customers are receiving the same kind of care and attention that they would being serviced directly by Impact.Finding reliable outside servicing dealers for our customersSet up agreements that will cover the install compensations, initial network set up, training, and maintenance contract, if neededCoordinate and bill moves, pickups, and loaner placements outside of our servicing areaNegotiate costs to ensure Impact is not taking a lossEnsuring that all money Impact is being charged from dealers is accounted for on our endWork with internal teammates to obtain data needed for installationHandle accounting and billing questions that dealers may haveAccount reconciliationEscalate any issues that may arise for our customers with the dealer directlyShipinsMuch like us, other dealers depend on having strong dealer partnerships to provide excellent service for their customers. When a dealer reaches out to us for assistance with one of their customers, this is considered a Shipin. We want to treat their customer as one of our own, the same as we would expect from them.Review dealer agreements that come to usNegotiate costs to secure a rate that will be profitable for the companyRequest all data needed for successful install from dealerInput order in our system and alert internal team of upcoming installWork with logistics, service dispatch, and sales to coordinate delivery, install, and trainingCoordinate and bill any pickups, moves, and loaner placementsEnsure dealer is being billed accurately for installSet up equipment and contracts, if neededBill reoccurring revenue on contractsHandle accounting and billing questions dealers may haveAccount reconciliationMaintain a professional and trustworthy relationship with dealer partnersThings We Are Looking For:Education and Required SkillsHigh School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferredUnderstanding of leasing concepts and proceduresHigh computer literacy with a strong background in ExcelAwareness of customer service principles and practicesKey CompetenciesStrong math and analytical skillsDetail-orientedAbility to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlinesOrganizationSelf-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervisionBenefits20 days of PTO12+ paid holidaysFlexible Sick Day PolicyPaid Maternity & Paternity LeaveComprehensive Health, Disability Life, Dental and Vision Plans401(K) match & retirement plansStudent Loan reimbursementOn-going training & development opportunities
