Job Description:
SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE - 3rd shift positionOverall
Purpose: Assists internal and external customers with routine
requests, questions, and concerns regarding their service through
research and resolution.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Take
customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their
queries and concerns. This may include solicitation, inquiries,
problem resolution; resolves more complex customer inquiries,
complaints, and billing questions. De-escalate situations involving
dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support Guide
callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or
using products or services Collaborate with other service center
professional to restore services Ability to work interact and
communicate with internal and external customers May assess needs
and identify/suggest resolution and/or promote alternative products
or services or process improvements. Use computerized system for
tracking, information gathering, and or troubleshooting Requires
ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other
relevant applications. Minor technical troubleshooting experience
and an understanding Must be able to follow direction and work as a
team Data networking knowledge a plusEducation: High School Diploma
or GED preferred Experience: Typically requires 1 to 2 years
relevant experience in area of responsibility. Must have Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Must be knowledgeable with
Microsoft Office Superior organizational skills able to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously and execute quicklyNote: This
position will work 3rd shift AT&T will consider for employment
