  • Develops, implements, and maintains a service catalog policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Develops and maintains enterprise-wide service catalogs.
  • Oversees service catalog to control changes and monitor deviations from the governing rules.
  • Partners with the Pricing Enablement team to obtain the pricing to be uploaded into the CPQ tool and align on service hierarchy.
  • Oversees completion of massive price changes such as yearly increases as required by the different business lines.
  • Collaborates with the Sales Technology Enablement team for CPQ management.
  • Maintains KPIs with different insights such as service duplications.
  • Oversees data support such as extracting price point data by service catalog or by client.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science or general Business or equivalent of education and work experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of Oracle tables
