As a Client Service Representative, you would provide Insurance
and Investment sales, administrative and marketing support to a
pool of high producing advisors. Collaborate with the Ascend
Support Team on creating the best processes and procedures to help
increase sales with our Advisors.
* Scheduling client and prospect meetings. * Request and prepare
quotes. * Prepare client annual reports. * Provide materials for
client and prospect meetings (ex: account opening paperwork, annual
review report). * Primary client liaison, communicate with clients:
* status of paperwork and facilitate process for new business
submission * sent client policy/account delivery * responsive to
client service requests * CRM database maintenance. * Provide basic
* Undergraduate college degree preferred. * Minimum 3 year(s) of
work experience in a professional office environment (Insurance and
Investment Services preferred) with data entry responsibilities and
efficient execution of administrative tasks. * Proficient computer
and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel. PowerPoint). *
Intermediate knowledge of investments and insurance products. *
Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives. *
Collaborate on a small team. * Excellent communication skills,
ability to interact with advisors. * Highest integrity with regard
to confidentiality of client data. * Experienced customer service
skills. * Ability to manage deadlines. * Flexible attitude. * High
attention to detail.
