We'd be happy to have you.Job Title: UI/UX DesignerOverview: The Wonderlic Product team is looking for a visionary UI/UX Designer to conceptualize and design new value propositions for innovative talent management software products. You'll be the sole designer responsible for all design activities and deliverables while working with other members of the Product team (Product Managers, BAs, etc.) As one of the most well-known and respected brands in talent assessment, the Wonderlic product team is looking for a creative design mind to translate complex psychological measurement into compelling, easy-to-understand visualizations. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an 80-year-old organization investing heavily in digital transformation to develop simple and attractive assessment tools for growing businesses.In this role, you'll:* Collaborate with a fully-established product team which includes a user researcher, product owners, business analysts, developers, and other team members* Create design concepts that visually express new value propositions and serve the intended user experience* Collaborate closely with User Researcher to make decisions balancing data and qualitative feedback* Leading and driving projects from start to finish with strong design methodology* Ideating and sharing design concepts with different types of stakeholders in business and technology* Designing beautiful, modern web experiences that are accessible and easy to use* Creating user task models, user interfaces, wireframes, process flows, interaction models, and visual design specs* Driven self-starter who can deeply collaborate and iterate in a timely manner* Effectively balancing issues around branding, visual identity, and consistency of interaction design* Staying up to date with latest design and technology trends* Focus on inclusive designs, optimizing for designs that serve the largest number of peopleQualifications:* 3+ years of experience designing interfaces and experiences* Familiarity in designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop* Passion for designing beautiful, usable, and accessible web experiences* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)* Strong portfolio with relevant, web-based experience* Coding experience to help prototype design concepts preferred* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies preferred* Experience with SaaS in a B2B context is desiredReports To: Senior Product ManagerLocation: Wonderlic is now a remote organization!
