Job Description:

*Remote to Start*Environment:-Business casual, corporate environment-9 hour shift with 1 hour of breaks-Mon-Fri, 7am-7pm call center, customer care team is about 80 people broken up into 4 different teamsHOURS:-Must be open between 7AM and 7PM.-The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for taking calls from customers in an inbound call center (approx. 60-80 calls daily).-Will be receiving calls off of a dialer system in regards to general inquiries, payment questions and postings, issues, account maintenance ,etc.-Will utilize dual monitors to track customer information and notate customer interactions. -Will Utilize computer systems About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
