Job Description:
Turret Operator – 1st Shift About the Role Operate, set up, and
program turret equipment to produce quality parts according to
blueprints and specifications. This role is hands?on, fast?paced,
and essential to keeping production running smoothly. What You’ll
Do Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Set up and
program turret machines; load/unload materials Monitor machine
operation and identify defects or malfunctions Use precision
measuring tools to verify part accuracy Stack, mark, and package
finished parts Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain a clean
work area Follow all safety and quality procedures What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years manufacturing or
machine?operation experience preferred Familiarity with
Amada/Rainer equipment a plus Able to read blueprints and perform
metric conversions Basic shop math skills and strong communication
Physical Requirements Stand and walk for most of shift Lift 20–50
lbs. regularly; occasional lifts to 65 lbs. Push/pull up to 25 lbs.
Reach, bend, kneel, and operate foot controls as needed Full range
of vision for part inspection and safe operation Work Environment
Factory setting with moving machinery Loud environment; PPE
provided Occasional exposure to humidity, chemicals, or airborne
