We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our sophisticated and fast-growing Real Estate Practice Group in downtown Chicago. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development work. This role offers the chance to work closely with partners and clients on complex real estate matters spanning office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities -Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts -Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing -Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review -Coordinate with clients, lenders, developers, brokers, and internal teams -Provide strategic legal guidance on deal structure, risk assessment, and real estate regulatory issues Qualifications -J.D. from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice in Illinois (or ability to waive in) -3years of strong commercial real estate experience -Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiating skills -Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Strong attention to detail and client-service mindset Benefits -Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) -Competitive salary and bonus structure -401(k) -PTO and Holidays -Growth potential - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
