(BMGI) is a growing third-party administrator of union employee
benefit funds. We are currently seeking an IT Product Analyst for
our Oak Brook office. Step into a multifaceted role that sits at
the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. This
is a position where strategic oversight is coupled with technical
acumen, requiring you to envision the big picture while also diving
into the details of product development. You will collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives,
scope, and requirements, as well as ensure alignment with business
goals and end-user needs. Key Responsibilities of an IT Product
Analyst - Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in
alignment with business goals and end-user needs. - Gathering and
prioritizing product and end-user requirements to ensure the
product delivers unique value. - Working closely with development
teams to deliver functional and user-friendly products within
timelines. - Ability to calculate ROI - Running beta and pilot
programs with early-stage products and samples - Knowledge in the
AI tools to integrate the features in the BMGI software - Preparing
demo and training employees of the new feature - Acting as a
product promoter to build awareness and understanding across
internal teams. - Measuring and analyzing product performance and
using data to guide future product development. - Managing
product-related support, feedback, and inquiries from users. -
Coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure
revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met - Involvement in
pre-sales activities - Ensuring that the product supports the
company's overall strategy and goals. Hard Skills Required -
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools. Technical
literacy in C# and AWS. - Experienced in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
methodologies. - Competency in road-mapping, documentation and
issue tracking software. - Writing precise product requirement
documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications. -
Ability to conduct market sizing, competitor analysis, and
usability testing - Understanding SaaS metrics, pricing strategy,
and ROI analysis Soft Skills Required - Comfortable questioning the
status quo - Ability to delegate - Skilled at talking and listening
to people with tact and respect - Excellent at time management -
