As our IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Manager , you’ll lead the team responsible for delivering that experience. What You’ll Do (Your Impact) Provide leadership that fosters engagement, professional growth, retention, and a culture of recognition within the Infrastructure & Endpoint Delivery team. Deliver a consistent, secure, automationâ??first endpoint experience, including build processes, security patching, software deployment, and configuration management. Maintain strict and measurable adherence to patching and control standards across all endpoints, networks, and networkâ??connected devices. Develop strategies for optimizing data center operations, including hardware footprint reduction, licensing efficiencies, and migration toward cloud and containerâ??based services. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across IT, marketing, and memberâ??facing departments, ensuring communication, alignment, and shared success. Drive continuous technological improvement by assessing systems, processes, and emerging tools to advance the credit union’s endpoint ecosystem. Reduce technology friction for employees by aligning endpoint strategies with organizational and departmental goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and quality assurance expectations. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technologyâ??related field. Seven or more years of software development or technical experience, including at least three years in a leadership role; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered. Strong technical foundation with expertise in relevant technologies, programming languages, and endpoint management principles. Demonstrated success leading technical teams and managing complex technical projects from concept to completion. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and peopleâ??management skills. Ability to balance strategy, engineering, and operations within a fastâ??paced, innovative environment. Strong problemâ??solving abilities with a proactive, solutionsâ??oriented mindset. Working knowledge of ITSM platforms and methodologies. Understanding of data security practices and industryâ??standard security procedures. Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, and managing both cloud and onâ??premises environments. Additional Details Physical Demands While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers. The employee may occasionally reach above/below shoulder level and lift/push/pull or carry up to 10 pounds. Environmental/Working Conditions Work is performed in a typical administrative environment with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches may require exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions. Equipment Used A variety of office equipment such as telephone, printer, PC, and mobile devices.
