Job Description:
Performance Health is seeking an Associate Vice President of
Information Technology Operations to join our team. This is a
strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing
the organization’s enterprise applications, networking, and server
infrastructure. This individual will ensure effective operation,
security, and scalability of IT systems while driving innovation
and operational excellence. A deep foundation in functional
business knowledge is essential, enabling this leader to align
technology solutions with core business objectives and deliver
measurable value across the enterprise. The role requires a
demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
in a global environment, collaborating with senior leadership,
communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical
audiences, and developing a high-performing team of IT
professionals. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead and
manage IT operations, including enterprise application support,
networking, and server infrastructure. Apply strong functional
business knowledge to translate organizational needs into effective
IT strategies, ensuring technology investments directly support
business growth and operational efficiency. Develop and implement
IT strategies that align with organizational goals and support
business growth. Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and
optimization of critical business applications and systems. Ensure
robust network architecture, server reliability, and data security
across all business units. Direct incident response, problem
management, and disaster recovery planning. Manage vendor
relationships and negotiate contracts for technology products and
services. Present IT strategies, project updates, and performance
metrics to senior leadership and executive teams. Foster a
collaborative and innovative team environment; recruit, mentor, and
develop IT staff. Establish and monitor key performance indicators
to drive continuous improvement. Stay current with emerging
technologies and industry best practices. Develop, manage, and
optimize departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with
organizational priorities and responsible allocation of resources.
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives across a global
landscape, ensuring successful delivery of projects that span
multiple geographies, cultures, and business units. Serve as a
trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging functional
expertise to bridge the gap between technology and business
operations. Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree
preferred 15 years of progressive experience in IT operations, with
at least 10 years in a leadership role Demonstrated expertise in
applying functional business knowledge to IT operations, with a
track record of delivering technology solutions that drive business
outcomes Expert-level knowledge of enterprise applications (e.g.,
ERP, CRM, HRIS) and networking/server infrastructure (e.g.,
LAN/WAN, cloud solutions, virtualization) Proven ability to manage
large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams Experience
leading complex, global initiatives and navigating cross-cultural
business environments Demonstrated experience in developing,
managing, and reporting on large departmental and project budgets
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present
complex information clearly to senior executives Strong
problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Experience with IT governance, compliance, and risk management
Professional certifications (CISM, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, etc.) are a
plus Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, including overnight

This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and the
