to the best of my knowledge. Job Description This Plasma-Derived
Therapies (PDT) role will provide expertise on global Takeda and
Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T). This Senior Product
Specialist role will be responsible for engaging level three
support for critical applications and have exposure on
understanding end to end critical applications including CD/CI
deployments, integrations, infrastructure, containerizations,
database, Openshift, network, Security technologies. This will
require expertise with VB.Net, C#, AWS, IIS, APIs, DevOps and SQL
(stored procedures, queries, etc). Support major incidents for
application platform on MIM bridges. Good written and verbal
communication.Responsibilities:Analyze and review the code for
major and minor enhancements. Provide architecture and design
improved recommendations. Engage level 3 support for break fixes,
bug fixes, review the complaints to enhance the code. Ensure
incident, change, problem management, Jira process is executed.
Flexible to have meetings with product team to discuss and improve
DevOps process and issues. Regular meetings with L1, L2, business
when required for improvements. Analyze end to end code and provide
performance improvements. Onboard training and process for
application updates to L1/L2/L3 support team. Support major
incidents for application platform on MIM bridges. Research and
suggest new DevOps process and automation. Train as backup to Data,
Digital & Technology (DD&T) team members.Key Skills, Abilities,
and Competencies
- High attention to detail. Understanding role of application
support in regulated environment. Ability to present and organize
performance data in meaningful way. Ability to successfully
influence and interact with all levels and departments within PDT
globally.Complexity and Problem Solving
- Ability to lead and operate independently. Understanding of
when issues are out of scope of authority and when to
escalate.Internal and External Contacts
- DD&T Support and Services Team, DD&T Product Teams,
L1/L2/L3 support vendors. GDT global operations. Cloud
operations.Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 Years expertise with VB.Net, C#, AWS, IIS, APIs,
DevOps and SQL Experience as application product specialist.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum methodologies. Experience providing
end to end application platform support and expertise working in
highly regulated industry.
- Experience with facilitating and driving major incident
bridges.
- Experience supporting application and infrastructure function
in retail and life sciences-oriented environment.
- Experience working with and training IT third party
vendors.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Desired: Certified VB.Net. Knowledge of plasma collection
