The Financial Systems Administrator with be a key contributor to broader Financial System projects and have ample opportunities to develop technical skills within a Finance and Accounting tech stack.

• Oversee Concur support, maintenance, and enhancements for the Invoice, Expenses, and Reporting modules.
• Manage, resolve, and escalate support cases from end users, AP, and the accounting team.
• Establish controls to reduce or eliminate recurring issues and enforce all corporate Expense and Invoice polices.
• Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications while enforcing design standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training material, and policy documentation.
• Monitor integrations with NetSuite (ERP), UKG (HRIS), and the Financial Systems Datawarehouse.
• Maintain a standard of excellent attention to detail, actively identify areas of improvement, and strive to minimize operational risks.
  
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Two years' experience with Concur administration. Having the Concur Associate Expense certification or higher is preferred.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and analytical skills with an emphasis on maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain excellent organization.
