Job Description Role: JDA SCPO Technical Consultant Job Description: Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills --- Solid understanding and experience of JDA SCPO 7.8 or above technical architecture --- Good understanding of data model for JDA fulfillment, Inventory optimization and Order optimization. --- Experience in upgrading and implementing JDA applications. --- Experience with configuring standard JDA processes. --- Experience with Unix shell scripting and PL/SQL using oracle database. --- Knowledge of ESP or similiar scheduling tool-- Roles and responsibility --- Performance tuning of JDA processes.-- --- Support and troubleshoot multiple environments including Dev/QA/Production --- Troubleshoot any of technical issues on JDA, capture logs/error msgs and work with JDA for resolution in case of core product issues --- Creating technical design document for each of functional module to cover integration mythologies, conf params, data mapping etc --- Define and follow standards. --- Manage security setup, SSO and OAM --- Settting up configuration parameters/conf files (properties files) with right sets of values to make functionalities tuned to work rightly --- Identify volumetics and performance related pain points and plan for right kind of strategy applied in consultation with JDA-- Desirable Technical / Functional Skills --- Status reporting periodically and accurately. --- Ability to communicate the ideas effectively and come up with innovative solutions for given problematic scenario or situations-- --- Work in collaboration with onshore and offshore support team --- Identify and highlight a risk along with mitigation plan Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
