Assists in the full systems life cycle and responsible for design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and support for application software while making sure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Job Description:Analyze, design, develop, and implement technical solutions in a Workday 30 environment. Assists in the full systems life cycle and responsible for design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and support for application software while making sure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Consult with system users to gather information about needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.Responsible for recognizing critical elements of application problems, develops and evaluates data, determines solutions, and makes logical recommendations.Perform Workday business processes mapping and in the day-to-day activities, including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.Use knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases; Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio; and Object oriented programming.Use knowledge of and experience with Workday; Workday Studio; EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder); XML; Oxygen; XPATH (query language); XSD; XSLT 2.0 programming; and Report Writer.Use knowledge of and experience with Web Services including SOAP; REST; and WSDL.Use knowledge of and experience with application and package integration with external systems (i.e. Payroll providers, ERPs, etc.).Provide system support including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommend and implement solutions or alternate methods to meet requirement.5% travel along with off-hours support as needed.Must have a Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and 2 years'' experience in the job offer.* CF Industries is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
