Job Description:
Summary
Under the leadership of the Human Resources Director, designs,
plans and administers programs and policies relating to all phases
of human resources activity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; and
five to eight years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office, Human
Resource systems (UKG/Ultimate Software experience preferred),
Internet software, Payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal and customer skills.
Ability to write reports, presentations, procedure manuals and
other business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general
public.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
Other Qualifications
Some local travel required.
