• Manage the schedule of the conference room across 4 buildings and 5000 employees.
• respond to requests to reserve meeting and conference rooms.
• coordinate meeting details
• show off your excellent customer service skills
• setup conference rooms the day of the meetings, ensure furniture is arranged properly and enough chairs are provided.
• You will be actively moving throughout the campus in this role, from building-to-building moving light furniture frequently.
