Tron Solar is one of the fastest growing Solar companies in all of Chicagoland. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Customer Service Manager to thrive in a fast paced environment. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for process development, continuous improvement, and delivery of customer service metric objectives. You must be comfortable making and fielding dozens of calls per day. In addition: Voice of the customer throughout the organization. Work effectively with all peers, Marketing, Sales, Install & Service, and Finance. Identify and develop processes and performance improvements for both the staff and the customer to develop a team who can successfully interact within the organization and with the customer. Establish performance metrics within the department to constantly improve performance. Analyze raw data into usable reports based on the needs of the departments within the company. One stop calling - solve the issue in one email or phone call. Extensive knowledge of TRON's internal operations and how solar works to educate customers. Manage internal information regarding customer requests, project details, processes, etc. within our CRM. Share educational customer experiences with staff for job and performance productivity and encourage staff to participate. Guide customers through company resources, as well as provide benefits and features of our installs and solar equipment.
