Job Description:

Community Health Center located in a western suburb of Chicago is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in their Immediate Care Center (approximately 20 minutes to Chicago's downtown . The organization is committed to providing excellent healthcare to a large bi-lingual, bi-cultural community.

The Immediate Walk-in Center treats patients with common conditions that are not life threating. The clinic is equipped with labs and a pharmacy and located within a facility staffed by various physician specialties where patients can have the option for follow-up visits.

Position requires a Family Nurse Practitioner have at least 1 year experience as an FNP
Bi-Lingual in Spanish is mandatory

Salary $120k-$135K
Work week is 36hrs/week
Busy but manageable patient volume

No call
