Sterile Processing Tech Location: Milwaukee, WI Agency:
Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $1,520 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5
days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026
About the Position Shift: 2nd shift – Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to
11:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Decontaminate, process, sterilize,
and distribute surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Operate, monitor, maintain, and document cleaning/sterilization
equipment. Inspect, assemble, wrap, and label surgical instruments
and procedural trays. Perform biological monitoring of sterilizing
equipment and follow protocols for failed tests. Ensure aseptic
techniques are used when handling sterile supplies. Maintain a
clean, safe, and sanitary environment in the Sterile Processing
Department. Deliver processed supplies to designated hospital
departments. Assist with Endoscopy reprocessing when needed.
Participate in training and orientation of new employees. Report
faulty equipment, safety concerns, or departmental deficiencies.
Requirements Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Completion of Central Sterile coursework Experience &
Skills: Ability to read, write, and follow equipment instructions
Basic arithmetic for counting instruments Basic computer skills
Problem-solving and good communication skills Preferred: One year
of healthcare experience Certifications & Licenses: Preferred:
Certification in Sterile Processing (CRCST)
