Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro ICU Location: Madison, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,367 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro ICU RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in acute care within the past 3 years License: WI RN or compact license required Certifications: AHA - BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Experience in ICP or ventric required Epic experience required Basic Arrhythmia experience required Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to starting First-time travelers not accepted Description: This position involves evening and night 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The candidate will be required to work every other weekend and some holidays. The role requires strong critical thinking skills and specialized interventions. The Neuro ICU cares for critically ill adult patients with various neuro diagnoses. Common conditions include stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. The unit specializes in hemodynamic monitoring and hypothermia protocols. Travelers may float to other units based on staffing needs. Each traveler is expected to demonstrate proficiency in telemetry competency. The work environment includes a focus on nurse-driven collaboration and support.
