Job Description:
Mercyhealth System in Walworth, Wisconsin, is currently seeking
a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine-Trained
Hospitalist to join our excellent team of collaborating providers
in Southern Wisconsin. Opportunity: Salary Range: $280,000-$310,000
- Build your individual inpatient practice as an employed physician
with the support of operational leaders and experienced clinical
staff - Join an established Hospitalist team with Advanced Practice
Providers, Nursing, and Support Staff - Care for both adult and
pediatric inpatients within a collaborative, multispecialty
hospital environment - Strong specialty referral collaboration
within the Mercyhealth system - EPIC EMR - Dedicated Physician
Liaison outreach support - 7 on / 7 off schedule (7a-7p Day Shift)
- Double coverage Monday-Thursday (7 am - 4 pm) - 24/7 Emergency
Medicine physicians in-house - 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
Departmental Scope: Family Medicine Hospitalist practice including:
- Adult inpatient care - Pediatric inpatient care - Admission,
rounding, and discharge management - Strong collaboration with
primary care and specialty providers - Multispecialty integrated
care across the Mercyhealth system - Opportunity to grow within a
stable, well-established hospitalist program Qualifications: -
MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible - Residency training in
Family Medicine - Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure - Strong
communication skills and a team-based approach to care - Commitment
to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for all ages
Compensation & Benefits: Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive
initial salary guarantee along with a comprehensive benefits
package: - Salary Range: $280,000-$310,000 - Retention and/or
