Full-time, 40 hours, First Shift. Flexibility required with
occasional shifts outside of standard schedule to support student
needs. Qualifications Education & Experience: Masters Degree
Required Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in
good standing (required) Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst
License within 90 days of hire (required) Minimum 2 years of
experience working with individuals with autism or related
disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting (3
years preferred) Demonstrated experience with Positive Behavior
Supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and Multi-Tiered Systems of
Support (MTSS) Required Skills & Attributes: Ability to maintain a
calm and effective demeanor in emergency and stressful situations.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, both
written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a
team to deliver high-quality care. Ability to coach, mentor, and
collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to
culturally responsive and ethical practices Collaborative,
flexible, and mission-driven mindset Additional Requirements: Must
be at least 21 years old . Must possess a valid Driver's License
and have an acceptable driving record. Willingness to work with
residents in a variety of settings, including community outings
