Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Telemetry background required (ability to read telemetry) Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical experience Familiarity with electronic health records (EPIC) Nails must be short (1/4 inch) with no artificial/acrylic nails May need to float within skill set or to locations within 40 miles if needed Description: Provide care to patients in a medical/surgical setting. Assess patient needs and develop care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care. Demonstrate knowledge of telemetry monitoring and interpretation. Uphold policies regarding hygiene and nail care. Participate in patient education and support activities.
