Work Schedule: Monday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours Tuesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours Wednesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours No Fridays or weekends Benefits Include: 1.) Matched 401(k) Medical Dental Vision Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account Life Insurance Short-term Disability Accidental, Cancer, and Hospital coverages Duties and Responsibilities: Chair-side assisting Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms Instrument sterilization Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab Patient follow up calls Taking x-rays and 3D images Position Requirements: Excellent verbal and written skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Bilingual in English and Spanish required Salary: $20/hr - $26/hr Based on experience Experience: Dental: 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Fitchburg Springs Dental is an affiliated office of Mercy Dental Group!
