details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC At least 1 year of
hospital experience EPIC proficiency May need to float onsite
within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed Assignment
Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift Name: Days Weekends: 6
weekend days per 13 week assignment Holidays: rotating with regular
