Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Rockford, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Rockford, Illinois, 61104! Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: Full-time Shift: 8a-5p M-F, every 3rd weekend, rotating holidays Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: At least one year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting. Experience in home health, IV therapy, emergency room, or oncology is preferred. Cardiac or wound certification is preferred. License: IL license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Local candidates must reside more than a 50-mile radius from the position. Description: We are seeking a Home Health RN to provide high-quality nursing care in a home health setting. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of recent acute care experience. Experience in home health, IV therapy, emergency room, or oncology is highly preferred. Candidates with cardiac or wound certifications will be given priority. Mileage between visits will be compensated.
