Physician to join its collaborative team in Hartland, Wisconsin.
This opportunity offers a flexible, patient-centered practice model
within a thriving Lake Country community known for excellent
schools and high quality of life. Position Highlights:Schedule: 35
patient contact hours 2 hours of administrative time weekly
Flexible Scheduling: Physician may design their own schedule within
department and contractual standards Setting: 100% outpatient Team
Environment: Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced
practice providers, and support staff Patient Population:
Comprehensive care for individuals and families of all ages Clinic
Overview: - One of 15 system-wide primary care clinics in Waukesha
County - Strong focus on continuity of care and long-term patient
relationships - Modern, well-equipped facility serving both adult
and pediatric patients Candidate Requirements:Board Certified /
Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics,
or Med/Peds Active or eligible Wisconsin Medical License Strong
commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care Excellent
communication and collaboration skills Compensation &
