Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Cytotechnologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional -
Duration: Ongoing - Employment Type: Staff Work Schedule: 100% FTE,
day shift. Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM. No weekends or
holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the
department. Pay: - This position may be eligible for a $5000.00
sign-on bonus. Be part of something remarkable Help play an
important role in microscopically screening patient samples to help
detect cancerous or noncancerous conditions. We are seeking a
Cytotechnologist to: - Perform microscopic screening of
gynecologic, non-gynecologic, and Fine Needle Aspirate (FNA) slide
preparations, for the detection of precancerous and cancerous
conditions. - Make independent diagnostic evaluations during
microscopic screening of gynecological and non-gynecological smears
and cell blocks. - Assist at Fine Needle Aspirate’s by reviewing
patient clinical history, completing requisition form, preparing
and staining slides. - Retrieve all appropriate quality control
data from the laboratory information system. - Establish and
maintain an inventory and ordering system for all supplies. -

technology, clinical laboratory science, chemical, physical,
biological sciences, or a related field Required - Completion of an
accredited cytotechnology program. Required - Bachelor's Degree in
cytotechnology Preferred Work Experience - 1 year experience as a
cytotechnologist Preferred Licenses & Certifications -
Cytotechnologist (ASCP) certified within 180 Days Required -
Specialist in Cytotechnology (ASCP) certified Preferred Our
