You will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and holistic care to The Lutheran Home residents, making a profound impact on their overall well-being. Through diligent assessment, monitoring, and personalized care planning, nurses ensure that residents receive the medical attention and support they need to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally. Schedule Varies: This position is full time . The shifts vary from 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am with every other weekend PM and NOC shift rotation. What you will need: Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license required. At least 1 year of Nursing experience required. Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
