Competitive Pay: $36.50- $49.00/hr credit for experience Schedule: This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Supportive Team: We value our team as much as our clients Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payer program requirements Ensure MDS assessments accurately reflect each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial status Verify appropriate documentation to support services provided Support interdisciplinary collaboration for accurate care planning and assessment completion What You'll Need: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure in the state of employment. Previous work experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. MDS 3.0 experience required. RAC-CT or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire and maintain recertification as required. Makes mature judgments, functions independently, is flexible, has personal integrity and works effectively with personnel. Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
