We are seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for a 48-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois starting Nov 3, 2025. This role involves scheduled surgical procedures 1-2 days per week, with shifts beginning at 6:30am for prep and procedures starting at 7:30am, ending between 1pm and 3pm. Job Details Location: Illinois Start Date: Nov 3, 2025 LOA: 48 days Provider Type Needed: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Schedule: 8 days per month, 1-2 days per week; 6:30am prep, procedures from 7:30am, end time 1pm-3pm Responsibilities and Duties Perform scheduled oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures as assigned Manage an average caseload of 2-4 arches per day Prepare for procedures and complete all related pre-operative protocols Ensure safe and effective patient care during surgical procedures Additional Information Must have completed an Oral Surgery residency program Illinois state medical license required Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
